About the Role
You will source and onboard GPU suppliers, manage deals from the first call through contract signature and capacity delivery, and keep supplier information current. You will collect hardware, pricing, availability, and delivery details; assess configurations against customer requirements; coordinate KYC and export screening; map the supplier market; and create supplier-facing proposals and materials.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, deal desk, business development, or a similar coordination-heavy role
- Existing network among datacenter operators, neoclouds, or hyperscalers
- Experience managing a high volume of contracts, follow-ups, and trackers
- Clear writing and firm negotiation skills
- Experience in infrastructure, cloud, or marketplace businesses is preferred
- US citizenship or visa eligibility
Responsibilities
- Find and onboard GPU suppliers, including neoclouds, independent datacenters, and OEMs
- Run initial supplier calls and collect hardware specifications, pricing, availability, and delivery dates
- Assess supplier configurations against customer requirements and identify gaps before quoting
- Coordinate KYC and export screening before contract signature
- Maintain supplier profiles and the capacity tracker
- Map the market and identify datacenter, GPU operator, and OEM partners
- Create and maintain supplier-facing one-pagers, proposals, and decks
- Manage supplier deals from initial contact through live capacity delivery
