About the Role
You will identify relevant Brazilian community partners in Portugal, build and negotiate relationships, test partnership offers, and represent the business in online and offline communities. You will track signups and transactions, coordinate messaging with marketing, and use findings to improve future partnerships.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, community management, or growth marketing
- Experience or cultural fluency with the Brazilian diaspora in Portugal
- Ability to conduct outbound outreach and negotiate with partners
- Ability to track channel performance and discontinue ineffective approaches
- Excellent written and verbal Portuguese and English
- Ability to build a channel from scratch amid ambiguity

- Represent the business in relevant online and offline communities
- Track partner and offer performance through signups and quality transactions
