About the Role
You will generate qualified leads, identify decision-makers, and schedule meetings for the sales team. You will support onboarding reviews and the dealing desk with market orders, maintain CRM and reporting tools, research sales KPIs and market developments, contribute to newsletters and events, and help improve offers and operations.
Requirements
- Be in the final year of a higher education course in sales or an equivalent field
- Seek a six-month end-of-studies internship starting in January 2027
- Have used CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Know customer management tools
- Have knowledge of crypto and blockchain
- Be fluent in English and French
Responsibilities
- Prospect new customers
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers
- Schedule customer meetings
- Review onboarding flows
- Assist the dealing desk with market orders
- Contribute to newsletters
- Help organize conferences, stands, and webinars
- Analyze and research KPIs for weekly reporting
- Manage and update sales pipeline, CRM, and reporting tools
- Monitor competitors, partners, and the market
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of offers and operations

Hiring Process
Initial HR screening call with the Head of People and Culture (45 minutes, phone) → interview with the future manager (1 hour, video or office) → final interview with a co-founder (30 minutes, video or office).
