About the Role
Lead regional expansion across emerging gaming markets, shape strategy with the SVP, build executive relationships, negotiate partnerships, represent the company externally, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Extensive travel across the region is required.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or General Management.
- Experience leading business across multiple countries or regions.
- Demonstrated ability to build new markets from zero.
- Strong understanding of gaming, technology, fintech, SaaS, digital entertainment, or platform businesses.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial and strategic partnerships.
- Experience with C-level executives, government officials, and institutional stakeholders.
- Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated revenue ownership.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in fast-growing international companies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the SVP to shape regional strategy and execute growth initiatives.
- Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Build executive relationships with ecosystem stakeholders, investors, publishers, developers, and technology organizations.
- Drive regional growth through commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Structure, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships, MoUs, and commercial agreements.
- Launch ecosystem development initiatives, educational programs, and industry partnerships.
- Represent the company at executive meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
