About the Role
You will lead B2C and B2B user acquisition across the GCC, recruit and activate affiliates, introducing brokers, and influencer networks, structure revenue-driven partnerships with financial institutions, drive offline media and events, and optimize partner performance using data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a growth leadership role within fintech, forex, or financial services
- Deep understanding of the GCC fintech landscape
- Existing partner network
- Track record in performance marketing
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
- Native Arabic
- Fluent English
- Exceptional negotiation skills
