About the Role

You will build and monetize senior relationships with global institutional clients, own institutional revenue targets and pipeline health, and lead the strategy for priority client segments. You will structure and close complex partnerships, translate client needs into product business cases, communicate regulatory positioning, and oversee institutional sales and marketing materials.

Requirements

• 10+ years of business development experience
• Active institutional network with C-suite decision-makers at banks, asset managers, and funds
• Personal experience originating and closing institutional partnerships
• Deep crypto product fluency across custody, trading infrastructure, FIX connectivity, settlement, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience managing or directing director-level professionals

Responsibilities

• Curate, expand, and monetize C-suite relationships at global financial institutions
• Own consolidated institutional revenue targets, forecasts, and pipeline health
• Set vertical strategy and prioritize institutional client segments
• Originate, structure, negotiate, and close major institutional partnerships
• Oversee relationship-led selling and commercial execution globally
• Translate institutional product requirements into ROI-based business cases
• Advocate internally for product and engineering priorities
• Articulate regulatory standing to client compliance committees, boards, and risk teams
• Shape institutional market positioning and oversee sales and marketing collateral
• Develop institutional thought leadership content and support press releases
