About the Role

ElevenLabs seeks an experienced Government Lead to build and scale its public-sector business across North America. The role combines government sales expertise with strategic GTM leadership, account development, procurement navigation, solution shaping, and executive relationship management.

Requirements

8+ years of experience selling to government or public-sector organizations
Track record of closing complex deals in federal, state, or regulated environments
Knowledge of government procurement frameworks and long buying cycles
Experience building a new vertical or GTM motion from early stages
Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders
Interest in AI and emerging technologies for government services
Ability to operate strategically and tactically in fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

Build and own the government GTM motion across federal, state, and public-sector agencies in North America
Identify and pursue strategic AI opportunities across government agencies
Develop and execute account strategies across agencies and departments
Navigate procurement, compliance, and multi-stakeholder buying processes
Build relationships with public-sector leaders, procurement officials, and technical stakeholders
Work with Product and Engineering to shape compliant solutions
Partner with Legal, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success
Represent ElevenLabs at government events, conferences, and briefings
Define the long-term public-sector strategy and vertical playbook
