About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of 60–70 enterprise customers, owning retention, expansion, account health, adoption and commercial outcomes. You will lead executive conversations, manage renewals, negotiate growth opportunities, execute account plans, analyze performance and coordinate customer initiatives across internal teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar revenue-focused role
- Experience managing enterprise or large mid-market accounts with 500+ employees
- Familiarity with fintech, payments, finance/accounting, or B2B SaaS
- Ability to negotiate and close renewals and upsell opportunities
- Ability to explain product workflows, integrations, and technical requirements
- Ability to articulate ROI, cost savings, operational efficiency, and modernization impacts
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or growth targets
- High ownership and adaptability
- Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of approximately 60–70 enterprise customers
- Lead customer conversations with operators, finance leaders, directors, VPs and C-suite executives
- Manage renewals and growth opportunities from identification through negotiation
- Drive product adoption and usage
- Create and execute scalable account plans
- Run status calls, optimization reviews, roadmap conversations and QBRs
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, Customer Success and Solutions teams
- Surface structured customer feedback to internal teams
- Analyze account performance and communicate customer value
- Travel occasionally for customer on-sites, events and internal summits
