About the Role
Advise global SaaS platforms and e-commerce marketplaces on payments and financial services, develop long-term partnerships, activate revenue streams, support scalable integrations, coordinate commercial, technical, and operational initiatives, and relay customer and market feedback to product teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing or product management role
- B2B experience with complex enterprise software
- Commercial experience in payments, financial services, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Technical and commercial discussion experience
- Cross-functional initiative leadership
- Commercial, operational, and technical project management
- Platform onboarding, payment, payout, and reporting experience
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on products, services, and the international payments landscape
- Provide strategic payments and financial services advice
- Enable platform scalability through products and marketing
- Oversee and optimize platform integrations
- Coordinate with global offices, technical teams, and sales teams
- Build long-term platform partnerships
- Support onboarding, payment, payout, and reporting setup
- Prioritize short- and long-term initiatives
- Relay customer and market feedback to product teams
