About the Role
You will manage and grow a portfolio of complex institutional client accounts. You will identify opportunities to expand use of derivatives trading, credit, and lending services, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and communicate market insights. You will coordinate with sales, trading, middle office, and back office to provide integrated service and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in institutional finance
- Knowledge of derivatives, structured products, or lending
- Understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the global regulatory landscape
- Negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex value propositions
- Ability to manage large, complex client accounts
- Organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills
- Ability to coordinate and communicate across sales and trading teams
- Familiarity with trading and prime brokerage services
Responsibilities
- Execute account-management strategies for institutional clients
- Identify and qualify opportunities to expand use of derivatives trading, credit, and lending services
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers
- Align account-growth strategies with business objectives
- Coordinate with middle and back office to deliver integrated client service
- Identify market trends and generate client ideas
