About the Role
You will prospect and close new healthcare customers, manage complex enterprise sales cycles, and develop account strategies across buying groups. You will identify conversational-AI use cases, partner on proofs of value and integrations, lead negotiations, and advise customers on generative AI and voice technology.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience
- Experience closing six- and seven-figure deals and managing complex sales cycles
- Ability to lead discovery, proof of value, procurement, and closing
- Experience selling to technical, business, privacy, and compliance buyers
- Knowledge of enterprise procurement, security review, legal processes, HIPAA, BAAs, and PHI data protection
- Willingness to travel frequently
Responsibilities
- Prospect and land new healthcare customers
- Manage a pipeline across health systems, hospitals, clinics, and regional providers
- Identify conversational-AI use cases in healthcare workflows
- Develop account strategies across healthcare buying groups
- Partner on proofs of value and integrations
- Lead strategic negotiations, including BAAs
- Advise customers on generative AI and voice technology
- Travel for client visits and conferences
