About the Role

You will win new business with large, complex accounts across banking, fintech, and crypto by managing full sales cycles from first conversation to close. You will identify and engage key decision makers, run disciplined sales processes, and organise deals to move them forward. You will work with technical colleagues to run product evaluations and respond to security and compliance questions, partner with growth and product on account strategy, and keep CRM and forecasts accurate. You will set a high standard for written and verbal communication with customers and internally, and support bespoke evaluations and legal reviews as needed.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10+ years selling complex software or data products to large businesses
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding new business targets
  • Experience closing deals ideally valued at $250000 or more
  • Able to engage confidently with senior decision makers and guide buying processes
  • Disciplined in deal and time management
  • Experience working alongside technical colleagues on product evaluations or bespoke requirements
  • Background in fintech crypto or financial infrastructure or strong adjacent experience
  • Interest in growing into a leadership role over time

Responsibilities

  • Win new business with large financial institutions banks exchanges and crypto companies
  • Manage complex sales processes including legal security and compliance reviews
  • Source and develop opportunities through outreach events and partner channels
  • Map accounts to identify key decision makers and buying criteria
  • Run a disciplined sales process and keep deals well organised
  • Coordinate product evaluations and respond to technical and security questions
  • Partner with Growth and Product on account strategy and targeted campaigns
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and keep CRM up to date
  • Communicate clearly and professionally both internally and with customers
