About the Role
You will manage the full enterprise sales experience with Fortune 1000 decision-makers. You will prospect, develop presentations and business cases, deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, close complex deals, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver a strong customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of enterprise SaaS software sales experience
- Experience negotiating, structuring, and executing complex enterprise agreements
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through large deal-close processes
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to executives
- Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with enterprise decision-makers and executives
- Run complex sales cycles from initial contact through close
- Prospect for new clients
- Develop product presentations, business cases, and proposals
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Develop knowledge of the product, contact-center market, competitors, and customer needs
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering
- Achieve sales targets
