About the Role
You will own enterprise sales cycles across CEE, from outbound outreach through close. You will build sales strategies, identify new use cases, align stakeholders, share market feedback with product partners, and improve sales playbooks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in enterprise technology
- Experience in pharmaceuticals or life sciences preferred
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
- Experience negotiating complex enterprise agreements
- Experience exceeding revenue targets and managing an evolving pipeline
- Knowledge of enterprise buying cycles and CEE market needs
- Communication and presentation skills
- Market analysis
- Experience with or passion for advanced AI systems in enterprise environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Win new enterprise business and own the full sales cycle across CEE
- Design and execute sales strategies for enterprise procurement and budgeting cycles
- Analyze enterprise markets and turn plans into targeted sales activities and campaigns
- Identify new use cases across enterprise departments and operational offices
- Build consensus among executives, administrators, IT departments, and procurement offices
- Gather enterprise-user feedback to inform product roadmaps and value propositions
- Improve enterprise sales playbooks, templates, and processes
