About the Role

You will hire, onboard, coach, and develop Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives across Southeast Asia. You will own regional sales performance and forecast accuracy, inspect pipeline quality, support complex customer deals, and guide pricing, negotiation, and close strategies.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of enterprise customer-facing sales experience identifying and closing large accounts
• 5+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and developing an enterprise sales team
• Experience managing a $1M+ quota and complex end-to-end deals
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, onboard, and develop Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives
• Coach representatives on deal strategy, pipeline management, and execution
• Own regional performance and forecast accuracy
• Inspect pipeline quality and unblock stalled deals
• Drive the sales process and partner with RevOps on data and insights
• Join key customer and prospect conversations
• Support pricing, negotiation, and close strategy
