About the Role

You will establish Startale’s institutional sales strategy in Japan, identify new business opportunities, close commercial agreements with financial institutions and enterprises, and build strategic partnerships. You will develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, manage long enterprise sales cycles, and turn customer needs into product direction and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in traditional finance, management consulting, enterprise B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
• Experience originating and closing new business
• Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Experience selling complex technology or infrastructure solutions to large enterprises
• Experience building relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Native Japanese and conversational English
• Strong network with top financial institutions in Japan
• Genuine interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies

Responsibilities

• Establish the institutional sales strategy for Startale products in Japan
• Identify new business opportunities in Japan
• Execute commercial agreements with Japanese financial institutions and enterprises
• Formulate strategic partnerships with Japanese financial institutions and enterprises
• Identify target clients, market opportunities, and sales strategies
• Build relationships with target clients and discover their demands
• Establish partnerships with external service providers
• Deliver the first commercial agreement for Startale Onchain Finance Kit
