About the Role

You will handle incoming leads, present payment solutions to prospective and existing merchants, and build productive professional relationships. You will grow assigned merchant accounts against strategic and financial targets, collect and communicate merchant feedback, and coordinate the scaling of Customer Success operations for the Brazil office.

Requirements

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in key account management, customer support, sales, or business development within the payments or card-acquiring industry
  • Possess a university degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to develop strong working relationships at all management levels
  • Work independently and find solutions to complex challenges
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Be proficient in English
  • Spanish proficiency is advantageous
  • Senior or team lead experience is advantageous
  • Be skilled in data analysis and communicating insights from data
  • Prioritize and plan work to meet changing deadlines

  • Deliver effective presentations to prospective and existing merchants
  • Establish and maintain productive professional relationships with merchants
  • Improve the merchant experience
  • Meet strategic and financial targets for assigned merchant accounts
  • Gather and evaluate merchant feedback and evolving needs
  • Communicate merchant feedback to relevant functions
  • Coordinate the scaling of Customer Success operations for the Brazil office
  • Liaise with departments and teams involved in service delivery
