About the Role
You will build a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts in customer experience and conversational AI. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, negotiate and close contracts, track sales performance, support onboarding, and expand customer relationships in India.
Requirements
- Experience building a new category, company, or product in an unpenetrated market
- Extensive technology value-selling experience
- Experience selling customer experience or customer engagement products to global clients
- Network and experience in India's customer experience, support, and BPO industry
- Experience selling to executive buyers
- Experience managing the customer lifecycle, including onboarding and support
- Spreadsheet proficiency
- Presentation and demo proficiency
- English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Build and manage high-value enterprise accounts
- Identify business opportunities aligned with product offerings and roadmap
- Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales
- Develop knowledge of the conversational AI industry
- Track KPIs and sales performance and provide weekly updates
- Build pipeline within target accounts
- Manage customer onboarding, support, and account growth
- Run sales development campaigns, events, and partnerships
