About the Role
You will partner with sales, legal, finance, and revenue operations to structure, negotiate, and close enterprise deals. You will advise on pricing and contracts, improve pricing and approval workflows, lead scaling projects, improve deal tools and processes, and manage concurrent deal cycles and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of consulting, investing, commercial strategy, deal desk, or related experience
- Experience with enterprise B2B deals
- Experience with contracts worth more than $1M ACV
- Experience scaling processes, playbooks, and enablement in a high-volume deal environment
- Pricing analysis and Excel ROI modeling
- Ability to ground strategic recommendations in data
- Ability to relocate to San Francisco or New York City
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales, legal, finance, and revenue operations to structure, negotiate, and close enterprise deals
- Advise sales representatives on pricing, competitive positioning, negotiations, contract structure, and executive engagement
- Evolve pricing models and deal frameworks
- Lead projects for approval workflows, contracting playbooks, pricing guardrails, sales enablement, and operating cadence
- Improve Salesforce, Ironclad, and pricing-infrastructure processes
- Manage high-volume deal work alongside strategic initiatives
