About the Role
You build trusted relationships with decision makers and executives, manage complex client issues, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, analyze feedback and account performance, and support client onboarding through training and operational assistance.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience managing enterprise-level B2B key accounts
- Professional experience in fintech, SaaS, or payment services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM software
- Flexibility across time zones
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with decision makers and executives on strategic accounts
- Establish a global internal network and collaborate across cultures and time zones
- Act as the escalation point for complex client issues
