About the Role

You will own the full enterprise sales cycle for World ID across high-priority United States accounts. You will identify and qualify opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers, develop business cases, negotiate agreements, coordinate technical evaluations and pilots, close revenue-generating deals, and convert successful pilots into paid deployments and expansions. You will also establish account strategies, prospecting processes, CRM discipline, pipeline reviews, and accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Significant quota-carrying Account Executive experience
  • Success building pipeline and opening new markets
  • Experience selling complex enterprise technology products
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong discovery, value selling, account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with technical evaluations, security reviews, procurement, legal negotiations, and executive approval
  • Experience with enterprise authentication, IAM platforms, or identity verification is valued
  • Based in San Francisco and available to work in the office five days per week

  • Define account strategy, target segments, sales processes, and go-to-market approaches
  • Develop target account lists and generate outbound pipeline
  • Build repeatable prospecting and sales processes
  • Own the enterprise sales cycle from discovery through close
  • Develop business cases and value propositions
  • Coordinate pilots and proofs of concept with internal teams
  • Convert successful pilots into paid deployments and expansions
  • Manage CRM records, account plans, pipeline reviews, and forecasts
