About the Role

You will own the full enterprise sales cycle across the UK and Benelux, from targeted prospecting through technical and business validation to deal close. You will build your own pipeline, advise executive stakeholders, position private and in-country deployments, coordinate partners and internal specialists, and develop strategic enterprise opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage.
  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprise customers.
  • Experience negotiating and closing transformational seven-figure deals.
  • Experience in at least two priority sectors: financial services, telecommunications, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, or enterprise software.
  • Pipeline-generation and outbound-prospecting experience.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas.
  • MEDDPICC proficiency and CRM forecasting experience.
  • Experience building executive relationships and selling complex enterprise technical products.
  • Experience with private or on-premise deployments; AI or NLP experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of UK and European data residency, sovereignty, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with channel partners and systems integrators.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK, Benelux, and Northern Europe.
  • Existing right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new customer acquisition across the UK and Benelux.
  • Generate and own pipeline through outbound activity, research, and executive prospecting.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and executive buyers.
  • Advise prospects on challenges, goals, and tailored solutions.
  • Position private, on-premise, and in-country deployment options against data residency, sovereignty, and regulatory requirements.
  • Align with channel partners and systems integrators to drive shared revenue.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists, Product, Engineering, Sales Development Representatives, and Marketing.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach through deal close.
  • Support adjacent Northern European accounts as territory priorities require.
