About the Role
You will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, renewal, and upsell. You will engage enterprise customers, uncover their needs, and present value-driven solutions. You will build and maintain relationships with senior and technical stakeholders, drive adoption, collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide product feedback, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in an Account Executive role selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS to enterprises and C-level executives
- Proven track record of sourcing, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale enterprise technology deals
- Strong knowledge and passion for the crypto and blockchain industry
- Self-starter with ability to execute autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience creating long-term account strategies and driving technology adoption
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems including forecasting, dashboards, and reports
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, verbal, and written
- Experience managing multiple priorities and customer requests concurrently
- Cross-functional selling experience with technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to prepare and deliver financial reports to customers (bonus)
- Based in the US East Coast (EST) or nearby
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales process
- Prospect and qualify enterprise leads
- Engage with customers to understand needs and articulate solutions
- Negotiate and close large-scale enterprise deals
- Manage renewals and drive upsells
- Develop long-term account strategies
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Professional Services, and partners
- Provide customer feedback to product and engineering
- Maintain and report on a healthy sales pipeline
- Track and optimize sales campaigns and processes
