About the Role
You will partner with sales throughout complex deal cycles, performing technical discovery, delivering tailored demos, and designing solutions that meet both business and technical needs. You will own technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires, lead integration scoping and deep-dive sessions, support compliance and operational reviews, and communicate prospect feedback to Product and Engineering. You will act as a trusted technical advisor for prospects and help close enterprise deals by clearly articulating technical value.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales
- Experience in crypto, large fintech, or payments is ideal
- Strong understanding of institutional crypto infrastructure such as custody, wallets, trading, and payments
- Knowledge of blockchain fundamentals
- Ability to engage with executives and technical teams and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Proven track record supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and closing large deals
- Experience responding to RFPs and leading technical evaluations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced remote startup environment
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to support the full sales cycle, focusing on technical discovery, demos, and solution design
- Own technical sections of RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires
- Lead technical deep-dives and integration scoping sessions with prospects
- Translate complex requirements into clear technical solutions for stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay prospect feedback
- Develop and deliver tailored technical presentations and product demos
- Support sales through compliance, security, and operational reviews
