About the Role
You will lead the global sales organization, set commercial direction, and ensure consistent execution against revenue targets. You will oversee sales planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and performance management. You will define coverage models, manage opportunity lifecycles from engagement to close and expansion, and negotiate complex multi-stakeholder deals. You will structure long-term commercial relationships, expand strategic accounts, and collaborate with executive leadership to align revenue plans with product readiness, regulatory constraints, and market demand. You will hire, coach, and raise team performance while operating at both strategic and operational levels with direct accountability for revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with leadership in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
- Deep familiarity with stablecoins, cross-border payments infrastructure, and card issuing ecosystems
- Proven track record of owning significant annual revenue targets and delivering consistent growth
- Experience leading high-performing sales organizations through stages of scale and building performance management systems
- Experience in senior roles at large enterprises and startups with ability to identify process improvements and build scalable solutions
- Existing network of crypto, payments, and fintech relationships
- Experience closing complex platform or infrastructure agreements involving executive, product, legal, technical, and compliance stakeholders
- Strong commercial judgment across pricing, negotiation strategy, and partnership structuring
- Proven ability to operate in regulated environments and navigate sophisticated procurement processes
- Operational strength in forecasting, performance management, hiring, and organizational planning
- Executive presence and credibility with C-level buyers
- Clear, disciplined communicator who can translate technical capabilities into business value
