About the Role

You will lead commercial operations across APAC by developing market-entry and revenue-growth strategies, closing complex enterprise payment deals and scaling merchant acquisition through strategic partners. You will manage quotas and performance metrics, improve onboarding and payment conversion, monitor market trends and guide commercial positioning.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience building and managing high-volume B2B or enterprise sales teams
  • Track record delivering annual TPV
  • Experience with complex B2B solution selling and enterprise deal closing
  • Expertise in ISO and referral partner programs
  • Experience building strategic alliance networks
  • Deep understanding of APAC commercial dynamics merchant behavior and payment preferences
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Resilience and ability to perform under pressure
