About the Role
You will lead partnerships with private equity and venture capital sponsors. You will define go to market strategies, manage relationships with major funds, advise sponsors on payment optimization, coordinate sales and operational execution, track channel performance, and mentor partnership managers.
Requirements
- 8 or more years of commercial experience in fintech enterprise software sales corporate development or consulting
- 4 or more years of experience working within or selling to the private equity or venture capital ecosystem
- Comprehensive understanding of merchant acquiring gateways card issuing and embedded financial services
- Established relationships with private equity operating partners portfolio managers or corporate decision makers
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills
- Ability to use financial models data driven frameworks and EBITDA impact analyses
Responsibilities
- Define and execute go to market strategy for PE and VC partnerships
- Design repeatable sponsor engagement portfolio mapping and co selling motions
- Build and scale relationships with major private equity funds and operating partners
- Advise sponsors on payment optimization embedded finance EBITDA and working capital
- Coordinate sales product marketing and account management execution
- Support onboarding of referred portfolio companies
- Track partner originated pipeline closed won revenue and channel ROI
- Mentor junior and mid level Commercial Partnership Managers
