About the Role

You will lead, coach, and develop five Channel Partner Managers while establishing clear coverage models, operating rhythms, performance standards, and success metrics. You will improve partner activation, pipeline generation, account planning, and commercial outcomes while collaborating with sales, marketing, finance, and operations stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant quota-carrying experience ideally with private equity firms and portfolio companies
  • 1+ years of people-management experience ideally leading a revenue-carrying partnerships sales or account-management team
  • Success managing investor sponsor or enterprise partner relationships with measurable commercial outcomes
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to quantify partner impact
  • Data-driven management style using funnel health conversion velocity activity quality and partner signals
  • Executive presence with PE partners operating teams CFOs and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive cross-functional outcomes without formal authority
  • High standards for performance management feedback and talent development
  • Fintech payments expense management AP procurement or CFO-software experience preferred
  • Experience designing partner programs referral mechanics or account-mapping motions preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead coach and develop a five person PE Channel Partner Manager team
  • Set role charters coverage models capacity expectations and segment success metrics
  • Build operating rhythms across pipeline revenue activation coverage conversion velocity and partner health
  • Coach partner interactions and account planning using measurable performance improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally to convert PE influence into qualified pipeline and strategic account outcomes
  • Recruit onboard performance-manage and retain employees
  • Serve as an escalation point for strategic PE relationships
  • Use AI and automation to improve research coverage preparation tracking and productivity
  • Shape PE channel strategy and codify repeatable playbooks
