About the Role
You will build and manage strategic partnerships that expand customer reach across Europe. You will create scalable co-selling and co-delivery motions, develop opportunity-sourcing plays, align partners to sales territories and accounts, and improve partner processes with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in channel, alliances, partner management, or business development roles in B2B SaaS
- Background in search, AI, productivity, or enterprise SaaS
- 1–2 years of experience in frontier AI sales and implementing AI solutions
- Experience recruiting, activating, and growing SI/VAR or similar partners
- Experience collaborating with regional sales leaders and field representatives
- Experience with CRM, PRM, and reporting or BI tools
- Ability to travel periodically
- Experience operating across multiple European markets
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain executive and working-level partner relationships
- Educate and coach sales teams on scaling revenue through partners
- Define and operationalize co-selling and co-delivery motions
- Build repeatable plays for sourcing new opportunities
- Maintain visibility into partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
- Simplify and scale partner processes with Sales, SE, Marketing, Operations, and Legal
- Align partners to territories and participate in deal reviews and account planning
