About the Role

You will own the sales cycle from prospecting through client launch, generate and qualify leads, present products to stakeholders, forecast revenue, and manage pipeline activity in CRM systems. You will build customer relationships, identify market opportunities, support client handovers, and drive cross-functional projects that improve the client journey.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of successful business development experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of sales performance metrics
  • Negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Process improvement and cross-functional alignment skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by owning the sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through client launch
  • Understand client needs and communicate the product value proposition to stakeholders
  • Develop lead-qualification and opportunity-closing strategies
  • Grow the client base, meet KPIs, forecast revenue, and maintain a sales pipeline
  • Track lead activity, customer information, and conversion metrics in CRM software
  • Represent product APIs and offerings to clients
  • Identify emerging markets, market shifts, products, and competitors
  • Build customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate handovers with implementation, relationship management, and customer success teams
  • Drive cross-functional projects that improve the client journey
