About the Role
You will develop and execute the US creator and affiliate strategy, focusing initially on Margin trading. You will acquire and manage partners, negotiate performance-based deals, oversee attribution and payouts, ensure compliant promotions, and use performance data to prioritize investments.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, partnerships, influencer management, or affiliate-led growth in the US
- Experience running performance-based creator or affiliate programs for a brokerage, trading platform, or investing product
- Experience growing margin, options, futures, or other leveraged trading products
- Knowledge of the US finance and investing creator ecosystem
- Working knowledge of crypto and digital assets
- Experience negotiating CPA, revenue-share, and hybrid partnership structures
- Experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms
- Knowledge of US financial advertising rules and FTC paid-endorsement disclosure
- Experience with compliance review of creator content
- Ability to evaluate partners using performance data
Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of US finance and investing creators and affiliates
- Develop and execute the US creator and affiliate strategy
- Acquire, activate, and grow partner relationships
- Structure CPA, revenue-share, and hybrid partnerships
- Manage partner tracking, attribution, payouts, and reporting
- Coordinate compliant disclosure, content review, and approved messaging
- Track trading volume, funded accounts, retention, and CAC by partner
- Identify emerging creators, communities, and affiliate publishers
