About the Role
You will develop and close strategic partnerships with consumer brands, retailers, and financial-services partners. You will negotiate multi-year agreements, manage executive partner relationships, translate partner capabilities into product features, and lead the partnerships team and its operational processes.
Requirements
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or strategy within fintech, consumer technology, or financial services
- Track record closing and scaling complex, high-value deals
- Expertise in payment networks, banking infrastructure, embedded finance, and consumer fintech business models
- Commercial negotiation experience
- Experience with revenue-share models, API and data-sharing frameworks, and co-marketing structures
- Ability to align Legal, Finance, and Engineering stakeholders
- Executive communication and stakeholder-influence skills
- Network within payment networks, banks, or fintech platforms
Responsibilities
- Originate, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with consumer brands, retailers, and partners
- Lead commercial negotiations and structure multi-year agreements covering economics, legal, security, and privacy terms
- Own executive-facing relationships, quarterly business reviews, partner health metrics, and roadmap alignment
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Research to translate partnership capabilities into product features
- Build and lead a partnerships team and oversee partner onboarding, integration, and management
- Lead partner initiatives that improve economics, accelerate delivery, and advance team objectives
