About the Role

You will own a portfolio of technical partnerships from sourcing and initial conversations through onboarding, ramp-up, renewal, and applicable go-to-market activity. You will negotiate complex commercial terms, manage partner operating rhythms and escalations, and work with product and engineering stakeholders to incorporate partner feedback and influence roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product partnerships, platform partnerships, business development, or adjacent roles at a software, technology, or developer-tools company
  • Experience structuring and closing complex technical and commercial agreements
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, legal, and finance
  • Ability to understand and articulate technology with engineering teams
  • Experience managing relationships from partner managers to C-level executives
  • Ability to define and track partnership metrics

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of technical partnerships from sourcing through onboarding, ramp-up, renewal, and applicable go-to-market motions
  • Negotiate partnership scope and commercial terms with legal, finance, and product stakeholders
  • Run partner operating rhythms, including business reviews, executive touchpoints, and escalation management
  • Define joint go-to-market motions such as co-marketing and integration announcements
  • Surface partner feedback, blockers, and opportunities to inform product roadmap decisions
  • Represent partner priorities with product and engineering stakeholders
