About the Role
You will own the commercial management of data providers, identity vendors, and API partners. You will identify, acquire, onboard, and manage suppliers; assess coverage gaps and emerging providers; negotiate agreements; monitor supplier performance; and align supplier capabilities with product, customer, and go-to-market needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, supplier management, commercial development, or business development, ideally in data, fintech, regtech, SaaS, or technology
- Experience identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and managing suppliers or strategic partners
- Ability to assess vendors, lead commercial discussions, and negotiate agreements
- Analytical skills using data to assess supplier performance, including pass rates, coverage gaps, cost-per-check, and SLA attainment
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and technical teams to translate business requirements into supplier briefs and integration roadmaps
- Relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in sales, pre-sales, or sales enablement
Responsibilities
- Advocate for the supplier ecosystem and customers’ data needs
- Develop knowledge of supplier capabilities, commercial models, performance metrics, and market alternatives
- Identify opportunities to improve supplier coverage, performance, and commercial outcomes
- Build relationships with key suppliers and negotiate commercial agreements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align supplier capabilities with customer and product needs
- Identify, acquire, onboard, and manage data and technology suppliers
- Monitor coverage gaps and evaluate emerging providers
- Ensure the supplier portfolio evolves with the product roadmap and market expansion plans
