About the Role
You will develop and execute partner go-to-market plans for enterprise and public-sector markets in Germany and DACH. You will recruit, onboard, enable, and manage strategic partners; create co-sell motions; generate pipeline; conduct business reviews; and represent partner feedback to internal stakeholders. You will also advise partners on public-sector policy, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of partner development, channel sales, or alliance-management experience in technology.
- Track record of enterprise ARR contribution and public-sector partnerships.
- Understanding of public-sector organizations, government agencies, municipal institutions, enterprise markets, and industry verticals.
- Relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Sovereign Cloud go-to-market.
- Ability to navigate AI ethics, government policy, compliance, and public-sector procurement requirements.
- Working knowledge of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, and their enterprise and public-sector applications.
- Experience with system integrators, global consultancies, hyperscalers, public-sector technology partners, joint go-to-market, and co-sell motions.
- Communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute partner go-to-market plans for enterprise and public-sector markets.
- Identify and recruit system integrators, distributors, resellers, ISVs, cloud providers, and public-sector consultancies.
- Build relationships with partner, government, municipal, and public-sector stakeholders.
- Lead partner onboarding, certification, and training programs.
- Create joint pipeline-generation, co-sell, and go-to-market motions.
- Run joint business planning sessions and quarterly business reviews.
- Track sourced and influenced ARR against targets.
- Relay partner feedback to Product, Engineering, and Legal teams.
- Advise partners on government AI policies, regulations, risk management, and responsible AI practices.
- Evangelize solutions through events, briefings, speaking engagements, and collaborative initiatives.
