About the Role
You will own public-sector partnership strategy across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. You will recruit and manage partners, develop joint go-to-market plans, build partner enablement programs, grow executive relationships, represent the business at industry events, and use performance data to improve strategy.

Responsibilities
- Own public-sector partnership strategy
- Identify, recruit, and structure systems integrator, reseller, distributor, and strategic alliances
- Build joint go-to-market strategies and value propositions
- Develop partner programs, training, certification paths, sales plays, and onboarding
- Manage strategic partner relationships, joint planning, business reviews, governance, and scorecards
- Bring market intelligence and partner feedback into product and go-to-market decisions
- Represent the business at industry and procurement events
- Use pipeline and performance data to evolve partnership strategy
