About the Role
You will own major partner relationships, define partnership strategy, lead product and distribution opportunities, and negotiate complex multi-party agreements. You will coordinate internal functions through structuring, negotiation, launch, and ongoing partnership governance while advising executives on high-stakes trade-offs.
Requirements
- Experience owning large, multi-business partner relationships
- Experience structuring and closing product partnerships and commercial agreements
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations with senior executives
- Ability to manage multiple significant negotiations simultaneously
- Experience coordinating cross-functional execution from deal structuring through delivery
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Manage large, multi-faceted partner relationships end to end
- Lead product partnerships and structure opportunities to embed Claude in partner products
- Run and coordinate multiple concurrent deal streams
- Negotiate complex, first-of-kind commercial agreements
- Build and manage senior executive relationships
- Make recommendations on commercial, strategic, competitive, product, and mission trade-offs
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Policy through partnership execution
