About the Role
You will work with the CEO and business development team to develop commercial partnerships across Asia. You will identify and engage prospective clients and partners, manage outreach and proposals, explain trading and market-making services, conduct initial due diligence, and support client onboarding and ongoing partnerships.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of sales and business development experience in Web3
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- An established network within the Southeast Asian Web3 ecosystem
- Understanding of crypto markets, liquidity, and market making
- Clear communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients and partners, including token projects, exchanges, and Web3 businesses
- Manage outreach, introductory meetings, proposals, and follow-ups
- Explain trading and market-making services to external stakeholders
- Research and conduct initial due diligence on potential business opportunities
- Coordinate internally to support client onboarding and ongoing partnerships
- Maintain the business development pipeline and track progress
- Attend industry events and travel for business meetings as needed
