About the Role
You will own strategic relationships for one to three enterprise or public sector accounts, lead business reviews and success planning, monitor account health, coordinate delivery across teams, translate client needs into requirements, identify expansion opportunities, and lead renewals and commercial conversations.
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise account management, customer success, or client partnerships within B2B technology or data platforms
- Proven ownership of 7-figure strategic accounts with a record of retention, renewals, and expansion
- Strong executive presence and consultative communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Program management experience across complex, multi-workstream initiatives
- Excellent prioritization and decision-making
- Must be based in the Seattle area or able to commute daily for on-site engagement
- Background in supply chain, risk, compliance, or trade modernization programs preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise data, analytics, or AI preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for one to three enterprise or public sector strategic accounts
- Be physically present with client teams in Seattle
- Lead quarterly and semiannual business reviews, success planning, and roadmap alignment
- Monitor account health, risks, and adoption patterns
- Build and maintain account plans with stakeholder maps, milestones, and value hypotheses
- Coordinate delivery with Customer Success, Product, Data, and Engineering
- Translate client needs into clear requirements
- Document outcomes, wins, and lessons learned
- Identify expansion paths across use cases, integrations, and adjacent business units
- Partner with Product to scope expansions
- Lead renewals and commercial conversations
