About the Role
You will lead and develop Legal Engineers who support customers after implementation. You will oversee customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support; manage strategic escalations; identify expansion opportunities; share customer feedback with Product; and establish scalable processes and playbooks.
Requirements
- Be a qualified lawyer with 7+ years of post-qualification experience
- Have law-firm or in-house legal experience
- Have experience managing or mentoring a team
- Know legal technology and AI tools
- Demonstrate strong commercial judgment with senior legal stakeholders
- Have communication, presentation, training, workshop, or client-facing product-session experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Legal Engineers Product Specialists in the DACH region
- Coach team members, manage performance, and support career development
- Own post-implementation customer relationships from a legal-engineering perspective
- Oversee customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex customer engagements
- Partner with Account Management and Sales on expansion, renewals, and retention
- Share customer feedback and platform-improvement needs with Product
- Define and improve team processes, playbooks, and frameworks
