About the Role

You will identify Solana protocols that need security, reach out to founders and teams, negotiate scopes and pricing, and close audit and product sales. You will hunt for projects showing TVL growth on Twitter, Discord, and GitHub, launch and sell an upcoming security product, attend Solana conferences, and turn one-time clients into long-term security partners.

Requirements

  • Deep network across major Solana protocols
  • Solana conference attendance history (mandatory)
  • 3+ years of Web3 sales experience
  • Proven track record closing deals with protocols
  • Ability to read GitHub READMEs and spot audit needs
  • Experience selling developer tools or security products is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Scan Solana Twitter, Discord, and GitHub for protocols launching, raising funds, or deploying upgrades
  • Identify high-TVL teams and outreach to protocol founders and maintainers
  • Initiate outbound outreach including direct messages and introductions
  • Negotiate scopes, timelines, and pricing for security audits
  • Close sales for security audit services and the upcoming security product
  • Convert one-time clients into long-term security partners
  • Attend Solana conferences and convert conversations into closed deals
  • Build and maintain relationships with Solana Foundation, Superteam, and ecosystem leaders
