About the Role

You will lead, coach, and develop a Sales Engineering team while owning enterprise deals and conducting discovery, demonstrations, and technical deep dives. You will guide technical demonstrations and proofs of concept, partner with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering, develop scalable presales practices, and help customers solve technical challenges.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Experience developing frameworks for Sales Engineering partnerships with Sales, Product, and Engineering
• Experience establishing metrics for pipeline health, win rates, and customer adoption
• Experience leading presales processes through enterprise and strategic sales cycles
• Ability to translate customer business problems into technical solutions
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a Sales Engineering team
• Own enterprise deals and run discovery, demonstrations, and technical deep dives
• Guide technical demonstrations and proofs of concept
• Provide technical solutions and address technical questions throughout the sales cycle
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering on scalable practices and playbooks
• Lead early-stage customer conversations and solve customer needs
