About the Role

You will lead and coach Enterprise Solutions Consultants, establish operating rhythms for complex deals, and partner with sales and product functions. You will guide discovery, demos, solution design, technical deal strategy, executive engagements, and scalable practices while using customer insights to improve product and go-to-market priorities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of solutions consulting, sales engineering, solutions architecture, professional services, or related customer-facing technical experience
  • 3+ years of people management or player-coach leadership

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Enterprise Solutions Consultants
  • Set an operating cadence for pipeline reviews, deal strategy, forecasting, staffing, and performance management
  • Partner with sales leadership on account strategy and resource deployment
  • Coach discovery, tailored demos, and solution architecture
  • Engage in strategic customer conversations, technical validation, RFPs, and escalations
  • Build playbooks, technical assets, demo standards, and knowledge-sharing practices
  • Translate customer needs into product feedback and roadmap context
  • Define and inspect team health metrics
  • Identify AI-assisted workflows for customer-facing work
