About the Role
You will lead technical discovery, design demonstrations, and manage proof-of-concept environments for enterprise prospects. You will partner on sales cycles, address technical objections, support technical onboarding and adoption, troubleshoot customer API and code issues, and provide product feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Sales Engineer, Customer Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect in B2B SaaS, API, or infrastructure platforms
- Software development, API, or cloud infrastructure experience
- Ability to read and debug code and troubleshoot API integrations
- Presentation and solution-architecture skills
- Ability to collaborate with globally distributed colleagues
- Flexible overlap with US colleagues for planned training, meetings, and customer handoffs
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery to assess AI and ML architecture, use cases, requirements, and technical fit
- Develop product expertise, design customized demonstrations, and manage proof-of-concept environments
- Partner throughout sales cycles, respond to technical questions, and present at customer meetings and executive briefings
- Address technical objections and support technical negotiations
- Provide product and engineering feedback on feature requests, competitive gaps, and market requirements
- Support technical onboarding, adoption, and account health for APAC customers
- Assist customers with API and code-level debugging during APAC business hours
