About the Role
You will lead and grow a pre-sales Solutions Architect team, set performance goals, and support strategic customers with AI adoption, use-case scoping, and proof-of-concept execution. You will partner with sales, product, and engineering, create scalable processes, share technical thought leadership, and travel for customer sessions and conferences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical professional
- 3+ years of technical pre-sales management experience
- Technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases, API integrations, and LLM deployments
- Familiarity with LLM architecture and operation
- Experience building and scaling teams and processes
- Communication, collaboration, and coaching skills
- Ability to build relationships with technical leaders and engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and guide a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects
- Set team goals with sales and other stakeholders
- Advise strategic customers on AI adoption, use cases, and proof-of-concept execution
- Partner with sales leadership to drive product adoption
- Surface customer feedback and adoption blockers to product and engineering
- Travel for customer sessions, workshops, and conferences
- Create technical content and deliver conference presentations or webinars
- Stay current on AI and machine-learning trends
