About the Role
You will build strategic account coverage and pipeline for a named portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will create account plans with Account Executives, research and engage finance leaders, conduct consultative discovery, coordinate outreach with internal partners, and maintain accurate Salesforce data.
Requirements
- Proven SDR, BDR, closing, or equivalent quota-carrying experience with measurable attainment or overachievement
- Experience with a named-account or account-based motion
- Ability to partner with Account Executives on account strategy, meeting preparation, and deal progression
- Discovery, objection-handling, written communication, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate independently in an evolving motion
- Interest in a long-term sales career
Responsibilities
- Build the strategic account motion by sourcing deals, bridging introductions, and progressing sales opportunities
- Own a named book of Strategic Enterprise accounts and build durable coverage and pipeline
- Develop account plans with Account Executives
- Research and engage finance leaders through personalized multi-channel outreach
- Qualify prospects through consultative discovery
- Coordinate with Account Executives, Marketing, Partnerships, and Events
- Use AI tools to strengthen research, prioritization, and personalization
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce
- Use performance data to improve outreach quality
