About the Role

You will partner with Korea sales leadership to plan and run the business. You will develop go-to-market strategy, targets, territories, capacity plans, market analyses, performance reviews, and commercial processes. You will use data to make recommendations, align cross-functional teams, and drive adoption of global programs in Korea.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software
  • Experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or commercial go-to-market roles
  • Analytical ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience with annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and business reviews
  • Salesforce reporting and dashboard experience
  • Experience influencing senior sales leadership and C-level stakeholders
  • Fluent Korean and business-level English
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Management consulting, strategy, or operations experience
  • Experience scaling B2B software sales organizations

Responsibilities

  • Own annual and quarterly go-to-market planning for Korea
  • Develop market segmentation and territory design
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and expansion priorities
  • Support partner and reseller co-selling, pipeline management, and joint planning
  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts and recommend actions
  • Run weekly forecast and pipeline reviews and monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Prepare executive performance, planning, and leadership materials
  • Coordinate Korea plans across Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Finance, Marketing, and Partnerships
  • Run Korea commercial processes for account changes, territory changes, planning inputs, and data quality
  • Drive adoption of global sales processes, tools, and programs in Korea
