About the Role

You will manage subscription renewals across the United States and Canada, maintaining a structured cadence from outreach through closing. You will manage Salesforce pipeline data, negotiate renewal contracts, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, support reseller partners, recover at-risk accounts, and improve renewal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience with subscription or recurring-revenue models
• Fluent English
• Experience using CRM tools
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Denver area
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Responsibilities

• Own renewal targets and renewal rates for subscription products and services
• Run renewal outreach, quoting, negotiation, and closing before expiry
• Maintain accurate Salesforce renewal pipeline data and forecasts
• Engage customers through demonstrations, value conversations, and contract negotiations
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Reactivate lapsed licenses and recover at-risk accounts
• Enable reseller partners on the renewal process
• Improve renewal processes and tools
• Travel to customers, reseller events, and trade shows when needed
