About the Role
You will manage relationships and revenue for high-value premium clients, develop new clients through your network and referrals, and grow CFD product adoption within compliance requirements. You will resolve client issues, manage leads through account funding, deliver seminars and events, support market commentary, handle dealing lines, and execute client transactions accurately.
Requirements
- At least five years of business development and sales experience in derivatives, FX, or futures markets
- Financial-markets knowledge and experience
- Record of winning and growing clients through a personal network
- Finance, business, or accounting degree or diploma
- CMFAS Modules 1B, 6, and 6A
- Business-development and sales skills
- Client-relationship management

- Ability to resolve complex client issues
- Microsoft Office literacy
- Analytical skills

Responsibilities
- Own relationships and revenue for allocated premium clients
- Contact clients regularly and provide valuable premium service
- Review client activity and revenue and act on declining accounts
- Cross-sell and upsell CFD products within compliance rules
- Resolve client issues through to closure
- Grow the premium client base through personal networks and referrals
- Follow leads through account opening and funding
- Plan and lead seminars and sales events
- Create event materials with Marketing
- Work on market commentary and PR content
- Run marketing events and campaigns
- Handle incoming dealing lines
- Execute transactions accurately and quickly
- Handle dealing and non-dealing client queries
