About the Role

You will serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic startup customers. You will create account plans, drive technical engagements, manage consumption revenue and forecasts, analyze account metrics, collect product feedback, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to help startups use the platform effectively.

Requirements

• 6+ years selling platform-as-a-service, cloud, or API products
• Experience in or around the startup ecosystem
• Experience supporting the growth and product development of high-growth companies
• Experience working with C-level executives and startup founders
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to gather and process market intelligence

Responsibilities

• Manage startup accounts and execute comprehensive account plans
• Partner with solutions architects on technical customer engagements
• Own consumption revenue targets and forecasts
• Analyze account metrics and provide stakeholder insights
• Advocate for improvements to the startup customer experience
• Monitor industry and startup trends and contribute to corporate strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners
• Support teammate recruitment and onboarding
